Currently, we already completed 100% of piling, foundation, basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor in 3rd of September 2016.

PILING

Equipment of piling was mobilized on site 8th March 2016, and started the first bored pile on 21st March 2016.

PILING ACTIVITIES

Overall piling was completed 100% on 23rd May 2016.

FOUNDATION WORK

Since 70% of piling completion, we continued to proceed the foundation work and we started this work on 11th May 2016. For now we have completed 20% of foundation work.

REINFORCEMENT OF FOUNDATION WORK

While piling almost finished, we also start foundation work, in order to finish the foundation work as possibly we can during rainy season.

FORM WORK OF FOUNDATION WORK

Form work and earth work, we almost use excavators to reduce labor and faster.

CASTING CONCRETE FOR FOUNDATION WORK

Preparing concrete work! Even day time or nice time we try to cast concrete as possibly we can. We always think of method to go more faster.

BASEMENT WORK

Basement work we separated 2times of casting concrete, in order to get more work at upper floor.

GROUND FLOOR WORK

Ground floor work, we are already casted concrete with area equal to 2055 m2 by 20th September 2016 from early morning to 6:30pm in the evening.

GROUND FLOOR WORK

After age of concrete getting 24 hours, the cable are pulled to 1000psi equal to 20% of strength.  And after age of concrete getting 5days, we start to pull to 100%.  We actually reached to ground floor level.

FIRST FLOOR WORK

First floor work, we are already casted concrete with area equal to 2082 m2 by 7th November 2016 from early morning to 4:45pm in the evening.

After age of concrete getting 24 hours, we make a test.

The cable of post-tension slab are pulled to 1000psi equal to 20% of strength.

We make a test again when concrete age get 5days to check if concrete strength get 100%, and when concrete strength get 100%, we start to pull to 100% of PT cable.

SECOND FLOOR WORK

Second floor work, we are already casted concrete with area equal to 2006 m2 by 3th December 2016 from early morning to 3pm in the evening.

After 24h of concrete age, we remove side formwork for Post-tension slab team to start his work and the cable are to pull to 1000psi equal to 20% of strength after checking concrete age 24h from laboratory.

We start from 9am, because we wait for the result of concrete test to 7:30pm in order to finish of pulling 20% of Post-tension work.

After finished of pulling 100% of PT cable, we start pouring sika grout mixed with Cement Portland and we completed second floor on 9-Dec-2016.

After concrete age get 5days, concrete strength get >100% and we also start to pull to 100% of PT cable.

RAMP FLOOR WORK

We also use Post-tensioning system of each parking floor. We have 3 layers Basement, Ground floor (Parking 1) and second floor (Parking 2).

THIRD FLOOR WORK

Third floor work, we are already casted concrete with area equal to 2299.8 m2 by 7th January 2017 from early morning to the evening.

After 24h of concrete age, we still follow the same as slab below by removing side formwork for Post-tension slab team to start his work and pulling to 1000psi equal to 20% of strength for cable.

After concrete age get 5days, concrete strength get >100% and we also start to pull to 100% of PT cable.

FOURTH FLOOR WORK

Fourth floor work, the casting area of concrete slab is only 1461.9m2 by 23rd January 2017 within 16 days only.

After one day, we start to remove formwork for side face in order to start pulling 20% of post-tension work and column-wall is starting too.

Now, wall and column at 4th floor is starting, we’re preparing the work of 5th floor.

We actually convert steel tube Ø42 and Ø21 to 2set of regular scaffolding for this building.

Fifth floor work, the casting area of concrete slab is also 1461.9m2 by 9th February 2017 within 16 days.

After one day, we start to remove formwork for side face and we follow the same as floor below.

After concrete age get 5days, concrete strength get >100% and we also start to pull to 100% of post tension work.  And the work for 6th floor is also started.

Now, wall and column at 5th floor is starting, we’re preparing the work of 6th floor. And we plan to cast 6th floor on 24th February this month.

SIXTH FLOOR WORK

Sixth floor work, we are already casted concrete with area equal to 1461.9 m2 by 24th February 2017 within 15 days.

We also prepared column’s work from 6th to 7th floor.  After finished of casting concrete slat at 6th floor we can start column’s work.

After casting concrete slab, reinforcement is almost finished and we can install formwork and start casting concrete.

After one day, we start to remove formwork for side face and we follow the same as floor below and we’re also preparing next floor.

We also prepare to install formwork bottom slab and side formwork. Within 8 days, team work can start his work.

SEVENTH FLOOR WORK

Seventh floor work, we are already casted concrete with area equal to 1461.9 m2 by 12th March 2017 within 16​​ days.

After one day, we start to remove formwork for side face in order to start pulling 20% of post-tension work and column-wall is starting too.

And we pull 100% of post-tension work within 5days and we start to fill grouting after finished pulling 100% of post-tension.

Wall and column at 7th floor is starting after one day finished of casting concrete slab, we’re preparing the work of 8th floor.

EIGHTH FLOOR WORK

Eighth floor work, we are already casted concrete with area equal to 1461.9 m2 by 29th March 2017 within 15 days.

We follow the same as floor below, and we pull 100% of post-tension work within 5days and fill grouting for Post-tension work.

Wall and column at 8th floor is starting after one day finished of casting concrete slab, we’re preparing the work of 9th floor.

NINTH FLOOR WORK

Ninth floor work, we are already casted concrete with area equal to 1461.9 m2 by 9th March 2017 within 10​ days before Khmer New Year.

Ninth floor now we change method of casting, we use mobile spider hydraulic concrete pump placing to cast concrete slab at 9th floor.

Using mobile spider hydraulic concrete pump placing, we found that it is faster than concrete pump truck and reduce labor work.

Currently, Reinforced concrete structure part are being carried out at the site and are expected to be completed by end-July 2016. We already completed 90% of structure in 28th of June 2016.
